This is an in-person travelers meeting for Symphonic Band students attending the CWU Windfest on March 14–16 to fill out required paperwork. Each family must bring their traveling student(s) and a parent or guardian, Health Care information with an insurance policy number, and Allergy and Medical information. Families who cannot attend will need to collect paperwork from Mr. Sessink after the meeting.
